Double Down Day
In your home training you will notice that there are Double Down Days. Double Down day workouts are repeats from the previous day with different sets of repetition.

Why?
​
To master the moves better and work on muscle memory. If you goal is weight loss & gaining strength then we encourage you to repeat the workout again!
​
However, you do have the option of jumping forward to the following day for a different workout.
Session 1 Week 3

Welcome to the third week of the Inhale Method Session 1.
​
We have dedicated 4 weeks of the Inhale Method workout. You can find below a warm up video followed by 6 days of workouts and to finish off with stretches.
Day 7 is rest day! Allow your muscles to recover and come back strong next week!
